Our tours are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 Shelter in Place Order.
There are no units available at this time.
If you are interested in joining our "wait list" of interested persons, we ask that you complete an Interest Questionnaire. Once received, we will place you on our wait list and inform you when units come up for rent or sale. We can also arrange a private tour at a mutually convenient time.

    As part of getting work done, and more importantly, creating a sense of cohesion and community among our members, each able-bodied adult resident at Yulupa Cohousing commits to at least these things:
    • Participating in our monthly General Meeting
    • Actively serving on at least one committee
    • Performing a task to keep the community tidy, attractive, and running efficiently
    • Participating in community workdays (2 – 3 hours once a month)
    • For those who wish to attend common meals, participating in a 3-person cooking or clean-up team once every 4 - 6 weeks
