Residents of all ages share our urban cohousing community in Santa Rosa, California. The 29 individually owned condominiums and townhomes surround a lush green courtyard. Units range in size from studios to four bedrooms.
Owners and renters share the large Common House (with kitchen, multi-purpose room, library, kid's playroom and laundry room), a well-equipped workshop, guest and exercise rooms, outdoor playground, vegetable gardens and green spaces for outdoor gatherings.
Innovative architecture and sustainable landscaping The unique architecture is bold, fun and colorful. Most home entrances face a large courtyard to encourage connections with neighbors and to provide a play area for children. Solar panels generate electricity for our Common House, guest and exercise rooms, workshop, laundry room and outdoor lighting.

The Common House
A large Common House provides an ample, well-stocked community kitchen and dining room-multipurpose room for community meals, meetings and events. The Common House also has a laundry room, kids’ play room, and a library-living room for small gatherings and movie nights.
The Workshop
Tools for projects such as woodworking, and bicycle and other repairs, and a space for arts and crafts.
Guest Room
The furnished Guest Room allows members' friends and family a place to stay short visits.
Exercise Room
The Exercise Room has treadmills, elliptical, and rowing machine, recumbent bike, punching bag along with weight equipment and mats.
Gardening Space and Bike Storage
We have shared tools for work on individual vegetable gardens and our beautiful community landscaping.
There are locked, bike storage rooms. Trione-Annadel State Park, a mile away, has great trails for walking and mountain biking.
Our shared landscaping is an urban oasis that includes mature fruit trees and an array of plantings that are drought-tolerant and attract all kinds of pollinators. Our property is adjacent to a proposed public Greenway with bike lanes.
