When kids come home from school or have time off, there’s always something to do. The Common House has a piano, ping-pong table, foosball and a room full of toys, art supplies and musical instruments. Our library offers games and books for all ages.

Outdoors, there's a grassy area, playground, gardens, a fleet of scooters, a basketball hoop, room for hide and seek and sidewalks that invite chalk art.

Everyone knows their neighbors. Kids interact with adults in the courtyard, at common meals, game and movie nights and informal encounters. Field trips have included swim parties, camp outs, excursions to the mountains and theater. Neighbors of all ages get together for art projects, shared meals, music and drumming.
